Look up to open Control Centre on Apple Vision Pro

In visionOS 2 and later, you can open Control Centre by looking at your hand. You can also change your settings to let you look up to reveal the Control Centre button.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Interaction.
Turn on Look Upwards for Control Centre.
To adjust how high the button appears in your view, tap or drag the slider.
