Copy and paste text in Pages on iPad

To quickly reuse text, copy it in one location and paste it to another.

  1. Go to the Pages app on your iPad.

  2. Open a document, then select the text you want to copy.

    Note: If you want to remove the text from its original location, tap Cut instead.

  3. Tap where you want to paste the text, then tap Paste.
