Restart iPod touch
If your iPod touch isn’t working right, try restarting it.
Turn iPod touch off and on
To turn off iPod touch, do one of the following:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the slider appears, then drag the slider.
Go to Settings
> General > Shut Down, then drag the slider.
To turn iPod touch back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If you can’t turn iPod touch off and on, try forcing it to restart.
