Copy the text style and format in Freeform on Apple Vision Pro

When you want the text in your sticky notes or text boxes to have a consistent look—for example, font, size, and color—you can copy the style from one and paste it in another.

  1. Go to the Freeform app on your Apple Vision Pro.

  2. Open a board, then tap the sticky note or text box that has the style you want to use.

  3. In the formatting tools, tap the More button, tap Style, then tap Copy Style.

  4. Tap the sticky note or text box that has the style you want to change.

  5. Tap the More button, tap Style, then tap Paste Style.

Tip: If you like the style of a text box, shape, or sticky note, you can save the style. Every time you add another item like that to your board, it uses that saved style. Tap the More button, tap Style, then choose Save as Insert Style.
