See if a file is downloaded or shared in iCloud for Windows

With iCloud for Windows, you can see if an iCloud Drive file or folder is downloaded to your computer or shared with others.

Note: This feature isn’t supported in iCloud for Windows version 7.

Icon	Description
	For files: The file is only stored in iCloud Drive and hasn’t been downloaded to your computer.  For folders: The folder contains content that hasn’t been downloaded to your computer.
	The file or folder is waiting to download.
	The file or folder is currently downloading.
	For files: The file has been downloaded to your computer.  For folders: All contents of the folder have been downloaded to your computer. See Download and view files.
	The file or folder is pinned. See Keep iCloud Drive files downloaded on your Windows computer.
	You shared the file or folder. See Share iCloud Drive files and folders in iCloud for Windows.
	Someone shared the file or folder with you.
