Change settings in the Apple TV app on Windows
Use Apple TV app settings to change options for your media library, playback, and more.
In the Apple TV app 
on your Windows device, select 
at the top of the sidebar, choose Settings, then select a settings pane:
General: Set whether your movies and shows are downloaded, are available across devices, and more.
Playback: Choose options for streaming quality, download quality, multi-channel audio, and more.
Restrictions: Turn content and privacy restrictions on or off.
Files: Set and organize your Media folder.
Advanced: Reset options to forget remotes, clear cache, clear play history, and more.
