Alchemy MIDI control modulators in MainStage
Modulation components are shown only in advanced view. Click the Advanced button to switch to advanced view.
You can choose one of six different modulation sources from the MIDI submenu in the modulation rack. These are ideal for adding breath and foot controller modulations, for example.
Choose MIDI continuous controllers as modulators in the modulation rack
In Alchemy in MainStage, click a slot in the modulation rack, then choose one of the following MIDI control options from the MIDI submenu:
Pitchbend: The pitch bend wheel.
ModWheel: The modulation wheel.
Ctrl A (2 Breath): MIDI continuous controller 2 (Breath).
Ctrl B (4 Foot): MIDI continuous controller 4 (Footpedal).
Ctrl C (74 Bright): MIDI continuous controller 74 (Brightness).
Ctrl D (75): MIDI continuous controller 75 (General purpose).
The CTRL A to D parameters are the defaults shown in the Alchemy extended parameters. Click the disclosure triangle at the lower left of Alchemy to view and change these parameter assignments.
