Use other apps with CarPlay
You can use Siri with CarPlay to access many of the apps on iPhone, including Calendar, Reminders, Clock, and more.
Ask Siri. Say something like:
“What’s my next meeting?”
“Remind me to pack an umbrella when I get home”
“Add milk to my grocery list”
“Set my alarm for 6:00 a.m. tomorrow”
Learn how to control CarPlay with Siri
CarPlay also works with select third-party apps that you download to your iPhone. Compatible apps—which include audio, navigation, messaging, voice-calling apps, and apps made by your vehicle manufacturer—show up automatically on the CarPlay Home screen.
