Manage guests and RSVP requests in Apple Invites
After you create an event and invite guests, you can approve or deny RSVP requests, change guest settings or remove guests from an event.
Approve or deny RSVP requests in the app
Go to the Apple Invites app
on your iPhone.Tap an event, then tap Invite Guests.
In the guest list, do any of the following:
Approve a request: Tap
to add the person to the guest list.Deny a request: Tap
to deny the person’s request and block them from requesting again.Unblock a request: Tap Unblock. If you want to invite the guest, resend the link.
Manage guests in the app
Go to the Apple Invites app
on your iPhone.Tap an event, then tap Invite Guests.
Tap
next to a name in the guest list, then do any of the following:Allow a guest to invite other people: Tap “Allow to invite others”.
Resend an individual invitation: Tap View Information, tap Invitation Link to copy it, then share the link.
Remove a guest: Tap Remove from Event. The guest receives a notification that the event has been removed.

Approve or deny RSVP requests on iCloud.com
Go to icloud.com/invites, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select an event, then select Manage Guests.
In the guest list, do any of the following:
Approve a request: Select
to add the person to the guest list.Deny a request: Select
to deny the person’s request and block them from requesting again.Unblock a request to join: Select Unblock. If you want to invite the guest, resend the link.
Manage guests on iCloud.com
Go to icloud.com/invites, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select an event, then select Manage Guests.
Select
next to a name in the guest list, then do any of the following:Resend an individual invitation: Select Copy Link, then share the link.
Remove a guest: Select Remove from Event. The guest receives a notification that the event has been removed.
Select Done.
