
Change Profiles settings in Safari on Mac
In the Safari app
on your Mac, use Profiles settings to create and customize browsing profiles and choose what appears when you open a new window or tab in a profile.
To change these settings, choose Safari > Settings, then click Profiles.
Option | Description |

Profiles list | A list of the profiles you created, plus the Default profile. Click Click |
Name | Enter a name for the profile. |
Symbol | Choose an icon for the profile. |
Color | Choose a color for the profile. |
Favorites | Choose the bookmarks folder to store your favorite websites in the profile. |
New windows open with | Choose what appears in new windows when you’re using this profile. |
New tabs open with | Choose what appears in new tabs when you’re using this profile. |
Extensions | Select the extensions to use with the profile. |
