Change Beats end-call settings

You can set your Beats end-call action to a single or double press.

Change end-call settings on iPhone or iPad

  1. Wear your Beats (or turn on your Beats Pill speaker) and make sure they’re connected to your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Go to Settings on iPhone or iPad, then tap the name of your Beats near the top of the screen.

  3. Tap End Call, then tap an action:

    • Press Once: Ends a call when you press the “b” button, the button above the “b” logo on Beats Solo Buds or Beats Studio Buds +, the center button on Beats Pill, or the button on the left control module on Beats Flex.

    • Press Twice: Ends a call when you double-press the “b” button, the button above the “b” logo on Beats Solo Buds or Beats Studio Buds +, the center button on Beats Pill, or the button on the left control module on Beats Flex.

Change end-call settings on Mac

  1. Wear your Beats (or turn on your Beats Pill speaker) and make sure they’re connected to your Mac.

  2. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click the name of your Beats in the sidebar.

  3. Click the End Call pop-up menu, then choose an action:

    • Press Once: Ends a call when you press the “b” button, the button above the “b” logo on Beats Solo Buds or Beats Studio Buds +, the center button on Beats Pill, or the button on the left control module on Beats Flex.

    • Press Twice: Ends a call when you double-press the “b” button, the button above the “b” logo on Beats Solo Buds or Beats Studio Buds +, the center button on Beats Pill, or the button on the left control module on Beats Flex.

Change end-call settings on an Android device

  1. Wear your Beats (or turn on your Beats Pill speaker) and make sure they’re connected to your Android device.

  2. Go to the Beats app . (If your Beats device screen doesn’t appear, tap the Menu button, then tap My Beats.)

  3. Scroll down, tap End Call, then tap an action:

    • Press Once: Ends a call when you press the “b” button or the button above the “b” logo (on Beats Solo Buds or Beats Studio Buds +).

    • Press Twice: Ends a call when you double-press the “b” button or the button above the “b” logo (on Beats Solo Buds or Beats Studio Buds +).

Note: The Answer Call action (Press Once) cannot be changed.

This guide is for Beats Fit Pro, Beats Flex, Beats Pill, Beats Solo 4, Beats Solo Buds, Beats Studio Buds +, Beats Studio Pro, Powerbeats Fit, and Powerbeats Pro 2 on iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS Tahoe, watchOS 26, tvOS 26, visionOS 26, or later. This guide is also for the Beats app on Android.
