Edit the distribution list for groups and Smart Groups in Contacts on Mac
If you use groups or Smart Groups in Contacts, you can select the default email, phone number, or street address to use for group members whenever you email the group or print contact information.
In the Contacts app
on your Mac, choose Edit > Edit Distribution List.Select a group or Smart Group in the list.
If you use multiple accounts in Contacts, the list is organized by account.
Click the rightmost column heading, then choose Email, Phone, or Address.
The address or phone number currently used is highlighted in bold.
To use a different email, phone number, or street address, select it, then click OK.
Contacts are shown in the distribution list only if they’re members of a group.
