Clean up a slide on Mac

If you subscribe to Apple Creator Studio, you can use Slide Clean Up to automatically correct object alignment and other inconsistencies on a slide.

  1. Go to the Keynote app on your Mac.

  2. Open a presentation, then do one of the following:

    • Control-click an empty space on the slide, then click Clean Up Slide.

    • Navigate to the slide you want to edit, then click the Clean Up button in the toolbar.

    • Control-click the slide you want to edit in the slide navigator, then click Clean Up Slide.

    • Navigate to the slide you want to edit, then click Slide > Clean Up Slide (from the Slide menu at the top of your screen).

Note: Slides with lots of objects are not currently available for fixes, as this feature is still in beta.
