Add a table to a Freeform board on Apple Vision Pro

You can add a table to organise content on a board into rows and columns.

Create a table

  1. Go to the Freeform app on your Apple Vision Pro.

  2. Open a board, then tap the Add Table button.

    A table appears on your board.

  3. Do any of the following:

    • Edit table cells: Tap a cell to add content.

      Tip: You can use a connected keyboard to copy and paste content into a table cell.

    • Move a table: Pinch and drag the Move Table button.

    • Resize a table: Pinch and drag a blue dot on any corner of the table.

    • Add a row or column: Tap the Add Row or Column button in either corner of the table.

Change the table format and style

  1. Go to the Freeform app on your Apple Vision Pro.

  2. Open a board, tap a table, then do any of the following:

    • Tap the Table button to change the number of rows or columns.

    • Tap the Text button to adjust text formatting.

    • Tap the Copy button to copy the table.

    • Tap the More button for more options like rounded corners, constrained proportions and accessibility descriptions.
