Read episode transcripts in Podcasts on Mac
When a transcript is available for an episode, you can read the full text of the transcript in a number of different ways.
Note: Transcript availability may vary by language, and by country or region.
Go to the Podcasts app
on your Mac.Do any of the following:
While playing an episode: Click
in the player.While browsing or searching: Select an episode, scroll down to the Transcript section, then click
. You can also click 
for an episode, then click View Transcript.
To find a word or phrase in the transcript, click
. Optionally, click 
in the search field and do any of the following:Exclude matches where the search text is part of another word: Select Whole Word.
Only include results that match the capitalization of the search text: Select Match Case.
To share an episode starting at a specific point in the transcript, select text, Control-click it, then choose “Share from [timestamp].” See Share podcasts.
