Change the order of actions in a workflow
You can change the order of actions in a workflow by dragging an action to the new location.
Do any of the following:
Drag the action to the desired location.
Select the action, hold down the Command key, then press the Up Arrow key or the Down Arrow key.
Whenever you rearrange actions you should compare the input and output of the actions in the workflow to ensure they work together.
