How do I back up my journal entries?

Use Time Machine to back up your journal entries on Mac. Journal entries aren’t included in iCloud backups. With Time Machine backups, you have a copy of your entries to use in case your Mac is replaced, lost, or damaged. See the Apple Support Article Back up your Mac with Time Machine.
