What’s new in Compressor 4.4.1
Compressor 4.4.1 introduces the following new features:
Captions and subtitles editing
Import, edit, and then embed closed captions and subtitles in video, in both standard transcoding jobs and in iTunes Store packages. See Intro to supporting captions in Compressor and Build iTunes Store packages using Compressor.
Descriptive audio
Add optional voice narration to iTunes Store packages to help visually impaired consumers understand what’s happening onscreen. See Build iTunes Store packages using Compressor.
Custom motion menus for Blu-ray and DVD discs
Add user-supplied motion menus (with optional audio) to Blu-ray and DVD discs. See Disc-burning job actions.
