Add a sticky note to a Freeform board on iPad

In the Freeform app , you can add sticky notes to a board—for example, to run a brainstorming session or make comments on a shared design.

Add a sticky note

  1. Create or open a board, then tap the Add Sticky Note button.

  2. Double-tap the note, then enter text.

    Note: If you have a Magic Keyboard, you can just start typing.

Edit and format a sticky note

  1. To edit text, double-tap the sticky note.

  2. To change the color of the sticky note, tap to show the formatting tools, then tap the Set Fill button.

  3. To change the text formatting of the sticky note, tap to select the note and show the formatting tools, tap the Format Text button, then tap a formatting option.
