Sign in to your Apple Account in the App Store on Mac

1. Go to the App Store app on your Mac.

2. Click Sign In at the bottom-left corner of the App Store window.

3. Do any of the following:

   • Create an Apple Account (if you don’t already have one): Click Create Apple Account, then follow the onscreen instructions.

   • View account settings: Click your name in the bottom-left corner, then click Account Settings at the top of the window (sign in again if necessary).

     Account information includes billing information, hidden items, purchase history, and the nickname you use when you review apps. You can also view Family Sharing information if you manage a Family Sharing group.

You can change the Apple Account you use for the App Store at any time.

1. Go to the App Store app on your Mac.

2. Choose Store > Sign Out.

3. Click Sign In at the bottom-left corner of the App Store window.

4. Enter the email address or phone number for the Apple Account, then follow the onscreen instructions.
