View activity history for accessories in Home on Mac

You can allow all the members of your home to view the activity history for accessories like garage doors, locks, and security systems—when a door was unlocked and who unlocked it, for example. To use this feature, you must have a home hub and the new Home architecture.

  1. Go to the Home app on your Mac.

  2. Click the More button, then choose Home Settings.

  3. Click Safety & Security > Activity History, then click One Month to view up to 30 days of activity.

  4. Click the Back button, then click Done.

  5. Click Home in the sidebar, click the Security category, then click Activity History.
