Delete shortcuts

When it’s time to part ways with a shortcut, you can easily delete it.

Delete a shortcut

  1. In the Shortcuts app Library , touch and hold any shortcut button (a colored rectangle) until all the buttons jiggle.

  2. Tap one or more buttons (a checkmark appears in the upper-left corner to indicate selection), then tap .

  3. Tap Delete Shortcut.

    Note: If you’re signed in to iCloud, deleted shortcuts are also removed from your other iOS devices.

Delete a shortcut using 3D Touch

  • On an iPhone that supports 3D Touch, press a shortcut in the Shortcuts app Library , swipe up, then tap Delete.
