Add text inside a shape in Keynote for iCloud

  1. Go to Keynote for iCloud , then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).

  2. In your presentation, select a shape, then type your text.

  3. In the Format  sidebar on the right, click an alignment button to align the text horizontally or vertically.

  4. To change the font, size, color, and more, use the other controls in the sidebar.

See Change the font, size, style, or color of text.

You can also fill shapes with color, gradients, or images, or place an object inside a shape so it appears inline within the text.
