Undo and redo edits in Logic Pro for iPad

In Logic Pro, you can undo one or more edit operations, and redo undone edits.

Undo your last edit operation

  • In Logic Pro, tap the Undo button in the control bar. Each additional tap of the Undo button undoes the previous edit.

Redo the last undone edit

  • In Logic Pro, touch and hold the Undo button in the control bar, then tap the Redo command that appears below the button.

Show separate Undo and Redo buttons

By default, you use the Undo button to both undo and redo edits. You can also show a separate Redo button in the control bar and use it to redo edits.

  1. In Logic Pro, tap the More button in the control bar, then tap Customize Control Bar.

  2. Tap Modes, then tap the Redo switch.
