Sync shortcuts
If you’re signed in with your Apple ID, you can keep your collection of shortcuts up to date on all of your iOS and iPadOS devices, and on your Apple Watch. When you add, change, or remove a shortcut from one of your devices, iCloud ensures that the changes are reflected on your other devices automatically.
The order of your shortcuts is also kept updated between all of your iOS and iPadOS devices.
Important: Personal automation shortcuts do not sync to other iOS and iPadOS devices.
Turn on iCloud Sync
On your iOS or iPadOS device, go to Settings
> Shortcuts .Do either or both of the following:
Turn on iCloud Sync: Sync your shortcuts between iOS and iPadOS devices.
Turn on Sync Shortcut Order: Sync the order of your shortcuts between iOS and iPadOS devices.
