View and edit Photo Booth photos in the Photos app on iPad
Photos you take in the Photo Booth app 
are saved in the Photos app, where you can view and edit them.
View and edit photos in the Photos app
Open the Photos app, then tap Library.
Tap the thumbnail to view the photo in full screen, tap Edit, then use the edit controls to make changes.
Tap Done.

View photos on all your devices
If you use iCloud Photos, you can view your photos on other devices that meet these minimum system requirements: iOS 11, iPadOS 13, and macOS 10.13. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices.
