Chase Audio Settings in Logic Pro

Chase Audio settings determine the behavior of Chase Audio in Logic Pro.

  • Enabled checkbox: Enables or disables Chase Audio.

  • Adaptive radio button: When selected, Chase Audio adapts its pre-rendering start position to region (and section) borders.

  • Maximum Range slider: Determines the maximum number of bars or seconds for Chase Audio to pre-render in Adaptive mode. If the musical grid is being used, the slider uses bars as its unit of measure; if the musical grid is not being used, the slider uses seconds as its unit of measure.

  • Fixed radio button: When selected, Chase Audio pre-renders a fixed number of bars or seconds as determined by the Range slider.

  • Range slider: Determines the number of bars or seconds for Chase Audio to pre-render in Fixed mode. If the musical grid is being used, the slider uses bars as its unit of measure; if the musical grid is not being used, the slider uses seconds as its unit of measure.
