Share PDFs or images in Preview on Mac

You can quickly share PDFs and images directly from Preview using options like Mail, Messages, and AirDrop.

Open Preview for me

  1. Go to the Preview app on your Mac.

  2. Open a PDF or image.

  3. Click the Share button, then choose a sharing method, such as Mail or Messages.
