Apply text styles and formatting in Freeform on iPhone

When you want the text in your sticky notes, shapes, or text boxes to have a consistent look—for example, font, size, and color—you can copy and paste or save styles.

Copy and paste text styles and formatting

You can copy the style from one item and paste it in another.

  1. Tap to select and show the formatting tools for the item that has the style you want to use.

  2. Tap the More button, tap Style, then tap Copy Style.

  3. Tap to select and show the formatting tools for the item that has the style you want to change.

  4. Tap the More button, tap Style, then tap Paste Style.

Save styles

If you like the style of a sticky note, shape, or text box, you can save its style. Then, every time you add another item like that to your board, it uses that saved style.

Tap the More button, tap Style, then choose Save as Insert Style.
