Use the Search app on Apple TV 4K

Apple TV 4K includes a Search app that can help you find movies, TV shows, apps in the App Store, and music if you’re an Apple Music subscriber.

Note: In countries or regions where Siri is not supported, pressing the Siri/Search button on your remote opens the Search app.

Search for specific items

  1. Go to the Search app on Apple TV 4K.

    Tip: If you know which app you want to search in, you can select Music, TV, or App Store from the list next to Search In to go directly to the Search screen in that app.

  2. Enter a search query.

    Categorized search results appear below.

  3. Select a search result to see additional details, viewing or listening options, and more.

Explore search categories

  1. Go to the Search app on Apple TV 4K.

  2. Navigate down to view search categories you may be interested in.

  3. Select a category to view more information.
