Look up to open Control Center on Apple Vision Pro

In visionOS 2 and later, you can open Control Center by looking at your hand. You can also change your settings to let you look up to reveal the Control Center button.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Interaction.
Turn on Look Upwards for Control Center.
To adjust how high the button appears in your view, tap or drag the slider.
