Work with chord groups in Logic Pro for Mac

You can combine chords on the Chord track into a chord group. You can copy, move, and loop a chord group as a unit in order to use the same sequence of chords in different parts of a project. You can also ungroup the chords in a chord group and use or edit them individually, and trim a chord group so only some chords play.

Group chords on the Chord track

  2. Control-click one of the selected chords, then choose Group Chords from the shortcut menu (or use the Group Chords key command).

A chord group is created from the first selected chord to the last selected chord.
