Add a cohost to your event in Apple Invites
After you create an event and invite guests, you can add up to five cohosts to help manage it. Cohosts can edit event details—like the description, location, and date—as well as invite additional guests and add or edit links.
Note: Cohosts can’t delete the event, add other cohosts, or add shared playlists or photo albums.
Add a cohost in the app
Go to the Apple Invites app
on your iPhone.
Tap an event, then tap Manage Guests.
Tap
next to a name, then tap Set as Co-Host.
A guest must reply to the event before you can make them a cohost.
Add a cohost on iCloud.com
Go to icloud.com/invites, then sign in to your Apple Account (if needed).
Select an event, then select Manage Guests.

Remove a cohost in the app
Go to the Apple Invites app
on your iPhone.
Tap an event, then tap Manage Guests.
