Switch Between Apps on Apple TV

You can quickly switch between apps on Apple TV without having to return to the Home Screen. App-switching on Apple TV is very similar to app-switching on iPhone or iPad.

  1. On the remote, press the TV button twice quickly.

  2. Navigate to a different app, then select the one you want to switch to.

  3. To leave app-switching view without changing apps, press the Back button or the Menu button on your remote.
