You can color chords and chord groups on the Chord track using any available color.

Color chords on the Chord track

In Logic Pro, select one or more chords or chord groups on the Chord track.
Tap the Inspector button to open the Chord inspector.
In the Chord inspector, tap the Color rectangle, then tap the color for the chord(s).
