Find recently saved photos on iPad

You can find all the photos you’ve saved from other apps—like Messages, Safari, and Mail—in the Recently Saved collection. Photos and videos that were sent to you using AirDrop also appear here.

The Recently Saved collection is open in the Photos app, showing photos and videos.

Go to the Photos app on your iPad.
Do any of the following:
- In the sidebar, tap Pinned Collections, then tap Recently Saved.
- Swipe down on the grid, tap , then tap Sort by Recently Added.

To see where you saved a photo or video from, open it, then swipe up to see information about the photo.

Tip: To see photos you saved today, tap in Recent Days.
