Share photos and videos with an iCloud Link on iCloud.com

You can share photos and videos in Photos on iCloud.com with an iCloud Link. Anyone with the link can view them.

Note: iCloud Links aren’t available in all countries or regions. You can only share photos and videos in your personal library on iCloud.com. To share an item in an iCloud Shared Photo Library, use the Photos app on a device with iOS 16.1, iPadOS 16, macOS 13, or later.

Share photos and videos with an iCloud Link

  1. Go to icloud.com/photos, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).

  2. Select the photos or videos you want to share.

  3. Select the Share button. If you’re using a computer, you may have to click the More button first.

  4. Choose how you want to share:

    • Choose Email Link, enter one or more email addresses in the To field, then select the Send button.

    • Choose Copy Link, select Copy, then share the link. For example, you can paste it into a Messages conversation.

Stop sharing an iCloud Link

iCloud Links automatically expire after 30 days, but you can stop sharing them sooner.

  2. Click iCloud Links in the sidebar.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • On a phone or tablet: Tap Edit, then tap the Remove button on a photo collection you want to stop sharing. Tap Stop Sharing to confirm, then tap Done.
