Adjust the volume of audio cues for Beats

On supported Beats, you can adjust the volume of audio cues when you put Beats earphones in your ears, disconnect them, or receive low battery alerts. You can also adjust the volume of the audio cues on your Beats Pill, such as when you turn the speaker on or off, or connect to the speaker.

  1. Wear your Beats (or turn on your Beats Pill speaker), and make sure they’re connected to your Apple device.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings  > Accessibility, scroll down to Accessories, tap Beats, then choose your Beats.

    • Mac: Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click Accessibility in the sidebar, click Audio, then choose your Beats.

    • Apple Watch: Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Beats, then choose your Beats.

    • Apple TV: Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Beats, then choose your Beats.

    • Android device: Go to the Beats app , tap the menu button, then tap My Beats to display the device screen.

  3. Adjust Tone Volume.

  4. Optional: Turn Case Tones on or off (if available).
