Create and delete groups in Logic Pro
You can create new groups, delete an existing group, and delete all unused groups.
Create a new group
Do one of the following:
In the Logic Pro Mixer, click the Group slot of a channel strip, then choose the last entry in the pop-up menu. It will say “(new)” to the right of the group name.
Choose New from the Action pop-up menu in the upper-right corner of the Group Settings window.
Delete a group
In the Group Settings window in Logic Pro, select a group from the Groups list.
Choose Delete from the Action pop-up menu in the upper-right corner of the Group Settings window.
Delete all unused groups
In the Action pop-up menu in the upper-right corner of the Group Settings window, choose Delete Unused.
