Danielle is a junior majoring in Finance and History. On campus, she lives in Breen-Phillips Hall but she is originally from northern New Jersey. She is no stranger to student government, or in fact, extracurriculars in general. She was a member of the 2023-2024 FUEL Cohort, served as Director of Student Life for the 2024-2025 term (you can thank her for the delicious dining hall cookies!), and served as a department member for Student Life in the fall of 2025 before studying abroad in London this spring. Additionally, Danielle has been the BP Finance Chair for two years as well as the Director of Finance for SIBC. She is also a student caller for ND Listens, a campus tour guide, and an admissions representative.

Julia is a first-year majoring in Neuroscience and Behavior. On campus, she lives in Flaherty Hall, but is originally from Geneva, IL. This past year, she was a member of FUEL and worked in the Department of Title IX and Women's Initiatives. Julia was also a member of the Health and Wellness subcommittee of FUEL. Outside of Student Government, she participated in the South Asian Student Association. Campus Ministry's Compass small group ministry. Julia is also a part of the PAL research lab, volunteers at ECDC, and does Hospice volunteering. She has loved getting involved in her dorm community through interhall sports and service events. One of Julia's favorite memories at Notre Dame was Honey week at Flaherty Hall. It was an experience filled with fun activities with the other girls in her dorm and students across campus!

Sarah is a junior majoring in History with minors in Constitutional Studies and Business Economics. On campus, she lives in Walsh Hall, and she has been heavily involved with student government throughout her first three years at Notre Dame. She was a member of the 2023-2024 FUEL Cohort, served as Director of Communications for the 2024-2025 term, and served as a department member for University Policy in the fall of 2025 before studying abroad in Rome this spring. Additionally, she is an intern for the Office of the President, in which position she works closely on special events and outreach initiatives with members of the President's team. Outside of Student Government, she has participated in the Student Policy Network in a variety of different roles, including co-leading the Indiana Environmental Policy team in researching and presenting on data center development in Indiana, as well as contributing to Criminal Justice Reform and South Bend Education projects in previous semesters.

Ella is a sophomore majoring in Political Science. She currently lives in Ryan Hall, where she serves as a hall clerk. She formerly served as Ryan Hall Senator, and as the Director of the Department of Diversity and Inclusion: First-Generation, Low-Income. Outside of Student Government, she is highly involved across campus as a McInerney Fellow, a Moreau Peer Leader, and a member of both the Transformational Leaders and President’s Circle Mentorship programs. Having participated in the Kellogg Pre-Experiencing the World program in Zambia and the RISE Hometown program through the Institute for Social Concerns, Ella is deeply committed to global perspectives and community advocacy. Ella is currently participating in the Washington Program, and hopes to pursue a career in public service and voter advocacy. Her favorite tradition at Notre Dame is “FJ’s” in Ryan Hall, which she finds to be a perfect display of how the university cherishes and cares for its students.

Joshua is a first-year student majoring in Strategic Management. On campus, he lives in Stamford Hall, but he is originally from southern New Jersey. This past year, he was a member of FUEL and worked in the Department of Faith. He has loved his experience and specifically enjoyed helping Holy Hoops come to life. Outside of Student Government, he is an Eagle Scout, a lector for Stanford masses, the founder and CEO of a local nonprofit back home, and a devoted member and leader of Lion’s Heart.

Laurel is a sophomore Chemical Engineer, with a minor in Marketing through the Mendoza College of Business. On campus, she proudly calls Walsh Hall her home, but is originally from Chatham, New Jersey. Over the past two years, Laurel has been a part of First Year Class Council, Sophomore Class Council, Student Union Board, Walsh Hall Senator, and Walsh Hall Spirit Chair. Outside of Student Government, she is passionate about her work as an intern with Girls on the Run Michiana. She is a very active member in Walsh Hall's culture, starting new traditions and continuing those that make Walsh special. Her favorite memory at Notre Dame so far is hosting and planning Walsh Hall's signature event, Mr. ND, and subsequently competing as Miss Walsh in O'Neill's Miss ND.

Lindsey is a junior double-majoring in Political Science and American Studies. She currently resides in McGlinn Hall, and is originally from Parkville, Maryland. Concerning Student Union experience, Lindsey has served as McGlinn Hall Senator, McGlinn Hall Vice President, Student Union Board Live Entertainment Chair, and as a member of the Committee on the Constitution, Department on University Policy, and Department of Campus Nutrition, which she will now be leading. Outside of the Student Union, Lindsey has served as the American Studies Club President and Vice President, on the St. Andre’s Committee, and she has been part of the Transformational Leaders Program.

Annabelle is a first-year Science Preprofessional Studies major in the Class of 2029 pursuing a career in medicine. Annabelle is particularly passionate about the "Walk the Walk" week of service and is eager to introduce a "Service Buddy" program to help mobilize residence halls. Outside of Student Government, she is the founder of "Warm Hands, Warm Hearts," a program she started in 2021 that provides winter kits and support to unhoused populations. Annabelle also has a background as a STEM Scholar and SMART Team researcher, and she enjoys exploring the intersection of music and its healing role in medicine. For Annabelle, the "Walk the Walk" initiative has been a highlight of her time at Notre Dame, as she finds it to be an incredible display of the university's collective commitment to service and community culture.

Marcel is a sophomore majoring in ACMS and Mathematics. On campus, he lives in St. Edward’s Hall, but he is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is excited to bring his extensive community service and policy research experience to the department to connect more meaningfully with South Bend. As Service Commissioner for his hall, he organizes weekly service events for his dormmates as well as volunteers himself at Practical Resale and the Center for the Homeless in South Bend. Furthermore, he has been a dedicated team member of the Student Policy Network’s South Bend Education Project for the past three semesters, helping co-author white papers on public school enrollment and AI’s applicability to special education programs for the South Bend Community School Corporation. Additionally, Marcel is a fundraising prodigy; he led a 32-person campaign for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in high school and raised 214,000 in 7 weeks! As for his hobbies, he enjoys dance and baseball.

Amelie Mayevsky is a first-year student majoring in Biology with a minor in Global Health. On campus, she lives in Ryan Hall, but is originally from Springfield, New Jersey. This past year, she served in Student Government’s First Year in Undergraduate Leadership. Outside of Student Government, she serves as a Poverty Research Fellow, and looks forward to investigating healthcare’s intersections with poverty, housing insecurity, addiction, and migration in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.

Julian is a junior from Mineola, New York, who majors in Neuroscience and resides in Dunne Hall. Concerning Student Union experience, he has been a member of the Department of Faith and the Department of Health and Wellness. Outside of the Student Union, he serves as Vice President of the Ski and Board Club, is a two-time St. Andre committee member, and is a tutor at the Robinson Community Learning Center.

Charissa is a first-year Biochemistry major with minors in Africana Studies and Theology. Originally from Aurora, Colorado, she now lives on campus in Pasquerilla West Hall, aka “PDub.” This past year, she served on the First Year Class Council as the Communications Committee lead. Outside of Student Government, she is part of Notre Dame’s RARE advocacy project network, where she researches a rare syndrome and works to create resources for impacted families. Charissa has also loved serving as a junior design commissioner for PDub, focusing on the hall's media and branding. One of Charissa’s favorite memories at Notre Dame, so far, is the snowball fight on South Quad—an experience full of laughter and chaos with her friends.

David is a sophomore majoring in the Program of Liberal Studies and Psychology with a minor in Sustainability. On campus, he lives in Baumer Hall, but he is originally from South Bend, Indiana. He transferred from Holy Cross College, where he served as freshman class senator, and while attending John Adams High School, he was the secretary for his junior and senior classes. So David has a love for local student government, and he is excited to apply his experience to sustainability, an area he is deeply passionate about. Growing up, he participated in the agriculture program at his school, and this summer, he will be studying sustainable agriculture in Uganda. Besides Student Government, David enjoys birdwatching and reading political theory. He is also one of eight kids in his family, so we are confident he will adopt, quite seamlessly, the team spirit of Cabinet!

Charles is a junior majoring in Biology, Economics, & ACMS. He is from Sacramento, California, and currently lives in Knott Hall. Charles has been part of the Department of Academic Affairs in Student Government for 3 years—as a FUELer, a Department Member, and a Department Director. Outside of Student Government, Charles is very engaged in neuroscience and applied math research, community work in the Eck Institute for Global Health, and the Student Policy Network. After Notre Dame, Charles hopes to earn an MD-PhD and conduct research on the fundamental biology of psychiatric diseases. His favorite memory at Notre Dame was seeing snow fall for the first time and engaging in battle during the snowball fight on South Quad.

Lochlan is a first-year student, originally from sunny southern California and currently living in Stanford Hall. This past year, he was a member of FUEL and worked in the Department of University Policy. He took full advantage of his FUEL experience; he wrote a deliverable on increasing outside trashcan density on campus, as well as conducted surveys on heating, cooling, and water qualities within various dorms. Outside of Student Government, he participates in the Student Policy Network, is a member of the Model United Nations Club, and works at the Rock Wall for RecSports.

Finley is a junior living in Pasquerilla West Hall, and she has truly taken on disability advocacy as her passion project, even before formally joining Student Government. She started taking ASL classes her freshman year, and upon realizing they were not on PATH, helped lobby the Office of Admissions to accept American Sign Language as a language requirement for admission. She then joined the department for the 2025-2026 term and was instrumental in the Disability Studies minor soft launch; she ran all the data analysis for it and officially drafted the proposal. Outside Student Government, she plays in the Bagpipe Band, volunteers at A Rosie Place with medically fragile children, and spends her summers working directly with people with disabilities.

Camden Skutnik is a sophomore majoring in Strategic Management. On campus, he lives in St. Edward’s Hall, but is originally from Mesa, Arizona. This past year, he served in the Department of Community Service. He spent his freshman year as the Undergraduate Student Government Chief of Staff Intern and Director of University Affairs Intern at Arizona State. Outside of Student Government, he serves as a Communications Athletic Intern with Fighting Irish Media and the Director of Career Advancement in the Sports Analytics Club. This past spring, Camden worked extensively alongside the Executive Associate Athletic Director of Culture, Engagement, and Civic Innovation, collaborating on community outreach initiatives, designing education, engagement, and enrichment infographics, and contributing to cross-departmental projects and committees. This summer, he will serve as an Operations Intern with the South Bend Cubs. In addition, he was actively involved with his fellow Notre Dame transfer community as he participated in Campus Ministry’s Compass Transfer Small Group and volunteered for Notre Dame’s Prospective Undergraduate Transfer Student Day. One of Camden’s favorite memories at Notre Dame was winning the Intramural Hockey Championship his sophomore year. It was an experience filled with new friendships, competition against his identical twin brother, and gratitude as he represented his dorm and played the sport he loves.
