About
Most of what I deal with sits across backend, cloud, mobile, and distributed systems, usually in situations where early decisions matter, complexity needs to stay under control, or existing systems have become harder to understand and evolve.
I stay close to what is actually happening, whether that means shaping foundations for an MVP, improving production behavior, modernizing legacy systems, or untangling systems that have become hard to understand and work with.
That has included early Azure adoption across the Microsoft partner network, mobile apps and backend APIs on Azure for Škoda Auto, modernization of distributed system at Siemens Healthineers, stabilization during AWS migration at ChyronHego, and payout calculation issues with financial impact at Generali.

- Prefer changes that improve clarity, operability, and long-term maintainability without unnecessary complexity
