What is Pantasso?
Pantasso is a company data platform that ingests approved company sources into one governed workspace, so people and AI assistants get answers with citations back to the original material — and explicit gap reports when the data isn't there.
What happens when Pantasso doesn't know the answer?
It tells you. Instead of guessing, Pantasso returns a gap report: what the workspace does cover, what's missing, and which source to connect next. That honesty is the point — an answer you can't trace is a liability.
How is Pantasso different from a vector database or agent knowledge layer?
A vector database helps applications find similar content. Pantasso connects that knowledge to the way your company actually works: trusted records, cited answers, controlled agent access, safe updates, analytics, backup, and a history you can inspect.
What sources does Pantasso support?
File and Obsidian folders work with no credentials at all. Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Telegram, GitHub, GitLab, Notion, Linear, Jira Cloud, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Zendesk, PagerDuty, Datadog, Sentry, Vercel, databases, signed webhooks, and more connect with your own credentials — every integration on the same approval, sync, and audit contract. The integrations page lists the full directory.
Can I use my existing AI assistants with Pantasso?
Yes. Each assistant gets a scoped profile with clear boundaries. The assistant uses Pantasso for company context before answering, but the profile does not grant new source access by itself.
How does pricing work?
Pantasso offers Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans with founder-led onboarding. See the pricing page for details, then contact us to plan the right first source and rollout.
Is my data private?
Workspaces are isolated by default. Sources are opt-in. Support diagnostics are redacted before transmission. No workspace data is shared across organizations.
