Terrible site security
Their web site won’t even load for me because their verification keeps failing. They need better tools or a way to get past issues like this. I have tried 10+ times.

Review of Netflix
We just rejoined Netflix and tried to add my elderly mother as an “Extra Member” since she can no longer afford her account. During the setup I accidentally selected the ads plan, which she doesn’t currently have, and support was useless and rude. They told me that I used two invites , even though I only invited one email address, and that I can’t fix the issue for another month. We may just cancel again. What horrible experience.
Review of Hulu
I can’t log in to make changes to my Hulu account because they require a verification code that is sent via email, but I’m not getting their emails. They say it’s because I never went through email verification when I set up the account, and that’s because it didn’t exist back then. I joined Hulu under this account back when Hulu was by invitation only.
The only fix for me to make ANY changes to my account would be to unsubscribe (lose everything) and resubscribe (start over) under a new email address.
This is the ONLY option after a 40 minute phone call. I have never encountered an issue like this before and am amazed that there isn’t another solution.

Duolingo has been HORRIBLE lately. It is no longer helpful for quickly and easily learning languages now that they have limited all paid membership levels, other than Max (the expensive one), by removing error feedback. Additionally, after introducing AI, it’s no longer unique questions and stories, and they often repeat one lesson after another. I joined a week before the update and I was learning quickly until the update.
Pro tip: ChatGPT (their AI) is free, so you can get around Max by having both open and being willing to type a little.

I placed an order for an employ gift and it was cancelled the next day due to a failed payment (I probably transposed numbers when entering my card). I had used a discount code and paid for next day shipping, but the discount code expired and the order would have been $30 more (above budget) when re-placing it. Their customer service team jumped in and fixed the issue for me, resulting in getting the same original discounted price with the same shipping.

I remember when you could visit Chewy and buy what you needed without CONSTANTLY being pushed over and over to sign up for auto ship. Every other click pushed me to use something I don’t need.

They boast about their amazing nationwide coverage, but this has not been my experience. If I am not connected to "call on Wi-Fi" at home, I can't understand anyone on the other end and vice versa. When traveling around my city, the connection issues aren't as bad, but data is always SUPER slow or non-existent. I feel trapped to wi-fi and wish they would use the MULTIPLE network feedbacks I have been submitting all over town to make improvements, or at least respond with a reason that they can't.

We have been using DoorDash for over a year now, and the experience has been consistent.
(1) We pay DOUBLE what we would pay by going to a restaurant because we have to take on our fees and the restaurant's fees when placing an order, which makes it difficult to afford anything...especially with a driver tip added on.
(2) They always group our deliveries with other people's orders, and this wouldn't normally be an issue, but we ALWAYS get our food last, whether they have to pass my house and come back or not. They are not great at logistics.
(3) We often end up with missing or incorrect items, and they usually give us a credit, but that doesn't actually feed you. I can't eat credits. That's why I ordered food.
(4) Their customer service team has been pushing back lately when asking for help rather than taking accountability and immediately trying to fix the issue.
(5) Several restaurants opt out of allowing special instructions, which are definitely needed when you have a health issue. This makes no sense since you can walk in their door and customize...this shouldn't be any different.

BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!
I purchased a new NETGEAR Nighthawk AXE7800 Tri-band WiFi 6E Router (RAXE300) from Netgear on March 18, 2024. After several negative experiences with their support team, I elected to return the device.
It took months to get their support team to understand my request and comply with providing return instructions, but I was finally provided with a pre-printed Fed-Ex label.
We dropped it off for shipping on June 11, 2024. Netgear contacted me for an update on the package on June 20, 2024, asking that I contact FedEx to get the package moving as it was still showing at their location, and we discovered that FedEx lost the package.
From here, Netgear and Fed-Ex started pointing fingers at one another, and neither party was interested in assisting us in resolving the issue. I was finally able to reach someone at FedEx, who opened a refund claim on my behalf as the shipper. I have now received a letter from FedEx with an enclosed check for $100 stating that they will not pay any additional funds due to the package being shipped with no declared value.
Since Netgear set up this shipment and failed to include the declared value of the product being shipped and the product was shipped and lost by the transportation company selected by them, you would think they would be helpful, but they have been anything but helpful. It has been a STRUGGLE every step of the way.
Netgear refuses to remit the difference since they did not receive the product and FedEx will not issue more than $100 due to Netgear's mistake when creating the shipping label. This gap leaves me without funds that I am owed for completing my part of the deal.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and Netgear admitted that it is their policy to not place a value on a Fed-Ex package when you are returning an item to them for replacement, and therefore, it remains their policy that they will not issue a refund unless they receive the product that Fed-Ex lost.

Great for organizing, but I’m unable to respond to events by replying to their SMS messages, and typing hello only directs you to another email address for support. This wouldn’t be an issue, but I still can’t reply to an evite after clicking the link without providing an email address. It’s a clunky, frustrating experience.

They immediately reached out with a proof, quickly made updates, and shipped it super fast. It looks great in our home, and I highly recommend this company. Absolutely amazing customer service.

These reviews don’t lie. What a terrible company. They had to drop a package off at one of their Walgreens locations. We did that and the Walgreens still hasn’t shipped the package since then, and FedEx refuses to help. We now have to drive all the way out to that location to see if they still have a package because FedEx can’t contact their own provider. What a mess.

VERY glitchy on iOS 13.6.6 (22G630), and it crashes frequently. Aside from that, it makes odd recommendations that don't make sense. If I type out a department name, a position name, or sometimes people's names, it relentlessly suggests that I change those to all lower case, which is inaccurate. Unfortunately, their support team advised that this is a personal preference, but they don't offer a way to train the bot, so I was stuck with it. Honestly, I'm probably uninstalling it soon.

I placed an order today and there was an error in the shipping address thanks to a PayPal glitch. I chatted in to their customer service team get the error fixed, and they would not assist me through chat. They couldn't update the address or cancel the offer. I accessed the offer through the web site and they also don't allow you to make updates or cancel. You have to call, wait forever on the phone, and actually speak to someone to get help. Requiring phone calls is unacceptable in 2024, and chat agents should be able to help...why do you have them if they can't? And to make things worse, god awful hold music.

I decided to order a cute heart necklace for my mother with all of her children's and grandchildren's names added as customized engravings. The necklace arrived today, a few days before it was to be given as a Christmas gift and it is missing 4/5 of the names. It's not even my name on the charm that was included, it's my brother's, so I can't give it to her.
I guess I am going shopping tonight. =(

I was referred to them by a friend back in 2017 and I have used them twice. Once for my original house loan and a second time when I refinanced the house. They are great at communicating timely and clearly throughout the process, they do not hide fees from you and there are no surprises in the end. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for someone to help you through the process.
Review of Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I was a long time Enterprise customer until today. I reserved a car at their 816 Colorado St location in Austin, TX several days in advance. I scheduled my pickup for 6:00 pm on a Thursday. The next day, a woman called me and left a voicemail confirming the date and time. She let me know that I would need my ID and credit card. We arrived at 6:02 pm tonight and we’re turned away without a car. The red headed worker let me know that he just locked up all of the keys and then lied about leaving me a voicemail. No one called me. No one left a voicemail. I was sent away and told that I would have to go back the next day. I called their reservation number and the woman placed me on hold. When she returned to the line, she told me that she called the airport location and confirmed that they had the same stroke of vehicle available. After a $22.99 Uber ride that I didn’t plan for, the Airport location let me know that the reservation line never called them, they never transferred the reservation, and they only had a mini van. Thank God something was available, but this is my last rental from them. I’m done with the mistreatment.

I am trying to complete an order and their website will not allow me to enter the full shipping address. I attempted to chat with them to complete the order and Alexis was not helpful at all. She wouldn't assist me and told me that I needed to call the order in. I will just go somewhere else. It isn't worth the unnecessary effort. No empathy and she was short/rude.
Review of Men's Wearhouse
I was attempting to rent suits for my wedding party using their site and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. The site is not user-friendly at all. It is difficult to navigate because of how it is organized, you can't make all changes or updates online, and there were issues with checkout that prevented me from completing my order. Maybe their rental program is better in-person, but it is 2020 and the entire world is doing more business online these days. It's time to get your technology updated to meet the new demands of people that do not want to speak with you on the phone.
On the plus side, every agent that I have dealt with through chat has been kind, understanding, and helpful within their limitations. These are people I would hire to work in my customer service department and that is hard to find. I will give you a second start for providing a great chat experience on multiple occasions.
