Have had to place claims with Southern Cross previously and have never had any issues. One trick to beware of is when obtaining verification number, this can go into spam.

Luckily I didn’t need to use the travel insurance but it was peace of mind for me while travelling for 7 weeks.

I had to stay longer overseas due to circumstances . Therefore i asked to extend my policy and they helped me out with that.
