I do various things on MusicBrainz sometimes:
I was one of the Google Summer of Code 2011 students for MusicBrainz, working on data visualization (i.e. the timeline graph, mostly -- you can find it in the "About" menu) and other statistics-related things. I came back for Google Summer of Code 2012, working on internationalization of musicbrainz-server. Since September 2012 I work full-time on MusicBrainz. Most of my work is on musicbrainz-server, but I'm also the main author for the alpha/beta/whatever ingestion tool geordi ( https://geordi.musicbrainz.org ), and the maintainer of mb2freedb, which runs freedb.musicbrainz.org. I also do sysadmin work for MusicBrainz, having started as the maintainer for rika (the sandbox server, *.mbsandbox.org) and the wiki, and now at least ostensibly being one of the people in charge of the whole gamut.
I also write other assorted things when I don't have other things to do, such as contribute to python-musicbrainz-ngs or cover-art-bot. I've also written a tool for people who want to do custom reports on the MusicBrainz database and aren't afraid of SQL, but who don't really want to bother setting up their own database/replication/html generation/etc. It's running at http://reports.mbsandbox.org
You can find out more about me (or at least more links related to me) at my website.
