ファイルストリーム other を *this にムーブ代入します。 実質的に std::basic_istream 基底クラスおよび紐付けられている std::basic_filebuf を両方ともムーブ代入します。
other はファイルと紐付けられなくなります。 基底クラスのムーブ代入は *this と other の間で (rdbuf を除いて) すべてのストリームの状態変数を swap することに注意してください。
