Tools to infer module libraries from biological networks and generate synthetic modular graphs with prescribed degree distributions and clustering structure. The repository also contains scripts used to reproduce the associated network-generation experiments and figures.

Experiments regarding Artificial Neural Network's modularization. Main Hypothesis is that modularization helps to reduce training time and the amount of training data required. Furthermore, it can also help generalization and lead to better results.
