React client to the winecellar-webapp for keeping track of wines, their tasting notes, and reviews. Goal is to be the premier open-source winecellar application.

You will need to build and run the winecellar-webapp in order for the React client connection to the API and PostgreSQL database.
In the root project directory, you can run:
Install the dependencies in the local node_modules folder.
Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.
The page will reload if you make edits.
You will also see any lint errors in the console.
