Just a heads up: The changes here will likely cause a merge conflict with #12935. So depending on which one gets merged first, we'll need to resolve this conflict.

And I think you can also already add it to the "Additions since Level 4" section, so we don't have to do that later.

Thanks for the heads-up. It looks like that PR is waiting on a new async resolution, so I'd like to merge this one first unless there are any concerns with doing so?

No concerns. Just wanted to point that out.

And thank you very much for pushing this forward! Hopefully, implementations will pick this and custom supports conditions up soon! Adoption of new features depends on detectability.
