I’ve noticed that there are some preprossessor directives that limit the scope of RowContextFlyout to windows only? Also, rows aren’t selectable on Uno Platform?

Yes, the preprocessor directives are intentional cause the existing code wasn't working with the uno.
for the row selection, I wasn't aware of the reason why these are not selectable but hopefully I'll get it work in next release.
